RONDO '16 

Rondo '16 is a vermouth with a base of Belgian grapes from the beautiful region of Heuvelland where the brothers Tim and Ben Boury grew up. 

 

The fortified wine is composed of rondo grapes among others and derives its southern European (Iberican) flavours from the infusion with wild thyme and rosemary. The addition of lavas introduces a subtle, gastronomic complexity to the wine which aged for 3 years in barrels of French oak.
