Driesterrenchef Tim Boury ontwikkelde Henri, de basis voor deze Picon Bière volgens zijn eigen recept. Voeg daarbij Rodenbach Grand Cru en het artistieke talent van Kristof Santy, en alle ingrediënten voor een unieke Roeselaarse creatie zijn aanwezig.
Zoals de Roeselarenaar zelf verenigt deze biercocktail karakter en finesse.
Fruitige en kruidige bitters versmelten harmonieus met de frisse zuren van Rodenbach Grand Cru. Vertrouwd van aard, maar met een eigenzinnige toets.
